    As long as he's not in direct sunlight or sitting on the transmission hump he should be fine. You can also move him in the early morning or late evening when it's cooler.

    The windows will definitely be down. I'd die from the heat lol. Hopefully it's not too hot on july 31st! Crossed fingers for mild temps or an overcast sky!

    He will be fine. With the windows down its not going to get hot enough to hurt him. Even if the inside of the car was at 100 deg for an hour hes going to be ok. If you are worried bring a cold pack in a cooler. You can put it in proximity to the bag to lower all temps.
