Well, we obviously have been reading different literature. And one 4cc dose of f10sc in 1000cc's of anything else besides distilled water is not the recommended solution concentration. Depending on your delivery system, which for most, is a reptifogger. It's also a once a day treatment for only very mild RI that is not accompanied by adjunctive antibiotic therapies. 20 minutes in while the nebulizer is operating and another 20 minutes to allow for inhalation while the nebulizer is off.
