    It's a sad, sad day.

So out of 6 eggs I had 3 hatch perfectly. So today I went to check on the other eggs and saw no movement at all. So I decided to cut them. And surely enough they all were dead. But the awkward thing is my pairing was a normal x mahogany. (Including pics of baby's cant tell if any are mahogany or not) but I took a picture of one of the dead babies and it looks like a bumble bee? They all look like normals to me but I'm not sure, I can take more pics if anyone can help identify.

And this is the one that's weird, because the person I bought the female from said she was bred little over a year ago to a bee. But if it were retained sperm i still couldn't produce bees on a bee x normal pairing.

I don't think that last one is a bee. Color develops last as the babies get ready to pip, that one probably died a while ago which is why it looks odd.

As for the others, I can't pick a mahogany from a normal on my best day. They are cute little worms though.
