    I know it seems daunting to inject a snake, but honestly you can do it yourself easily if you have someone to hold the animal as still as possible. It will be a very small gauge needle and you will only be injecting a small amount of liquid. Vet techs aren't going to do it any better than you, as they don't frequently see many snakes in a normal clinic. The whole key is to just get it between the scales and under the skin. I have faith.
