I had plans for that size for my Boa. I did not have the awesome plans like you did. In fact, I had a preorder in with a local guy to make one that size. When I went to order, the guy was no where to be found. Turns out he is in jail!
May have worked out for me in a way. I put the Boa in a larger temp tank and she has no interest in being arboreal. So now I'm thinking 48 x 24 x 14,16, or 18.
My Carpet is the same, no interest in arboreal, so I may do the same for her.
