    Eggs..alone or not?

    Hi guys i saw some breeders than put the eggs in the incubator...but someone prefer not remove the eggs from their mom. What do you think about this two different kind of breeding? What is the best way to get healty babies ? Thanks

    MY goal when it comes to breeding is to put all the chances on my side which is why I use an incubator.

    It's a lot easier to provide the proper optimal environment and monitor eggs in an incubator than it is with maternal incubation especially when you produce multiple clutches.

    The best way is the one that works for YOU, I am not taking risks.

    Not to mention females will often not eat when incubating, in addition to however long they've been off feed while waiting for the eggs to drop in the first place. The sooner you get mom away from the eggs, the sooner you can get her back onto a regular feeding schedule and rebuild what ever body condition she lost during the breeding season.
