A walk with my BP
Is it illegal to walk with my ball python in Los Angeles? Just in case if someone calls the police and yea. Thanks!

Um... Probably not, but CA has some very odd animal-related laws depending on where you're at, and I believe some cities have outlawed street performances involving animals (I know it's not a performance, but that would be skirting too close to illegal for my comfort), so check all your local ordinances first.
If you're in an area where you expect people to call the police and really freak out, it's just a bad idea and bad publicity to take the snake outside (and potentially dangerous for the snake). The snake doesn't need to get sunshine or go on walks, and gains nothing from it, so if you're worried it'll cause a stir, it's better to just not do it.

Illegal? No.
Can I ask why you would want to take a shy, easily stressed nocturnal animal and walk around with it?
