New Ball Python - and new to the forum

Well it's been a spell since I've owned snakes, but my daughters and I were checking out the herps at a local shop and after two years of "it'd be good for the kids" my wife finally relented. Tucker has been home for a week now, and has already fed once. Two fuzzies. This is the girl's first snake and I couldn't think of a better way to start them off. He's super calm and not shy.

I haven't been a member long, but I'll welcome you like I have. These are a good bunch and extremely helpful and kind to boot. It's awesome that your introducing your girl to something other than a dog or a cat, it'll build her some fantastic memories for the future. 😀
