Put foil on the sticky part of the uth. Then you can use any good tape to secure it to the bottom of the cage. Duct tape and foil tape are good choices.
Placing the foil on the sticky part of the uth allows you to easily remove and move the uth if needed. This is helpful when you are changing cages or giving a cage a deep clean and would rather the uth no be attached.
