As long as your humidity is, and has been good, she will shed when she is ready.
Two things that seem to trigger a shed in a snake that is ready to go are eating and handling. If she eats or if you take her out and handle her for 20-30 min, she will very likely shed within 12-24 hours (again, if your humidity is good). I assume that it has to do with causing them to become more aware of the skin that needs to go by virtue of stretching and moving; however, with that shed will almost certainly come another gift shortly thereafter, so why be in a hurry?
