She's big as a house! Another Ovy thread
This is how I found my 2300 gram Hypo Enchi girl tonight. She was paired with a really nice Yellowbelly. Hoping to get a holdback worthy 1.0 Enchi YB het Hypo that I will eventually pair with my Lesser het Hypo girl and back to this gorgeous lady for a chance at a Super Enchi YB Hypo.

Well I figure I would combine these as they occurred so close together. This is my daughter's Yellowbelly ovulating this morning. Pairing was 0.1 Yellowbelly X 1.0 Yellowbelly so here's hoping she gets some pretty Ivories. This is our last of 4 girls to go this season.

Re: She's big as a house! Another Ovy thread
Just posted in another thread the my Enchi Hypo is laying her clutch today. It's day 35 and she actually had 2 pre-lay sheds which is a first for me. Here's a pic of Mom on the eggs.

I forgot to ask in the other thread, is this the position you made the discovery? Kind of hard to make an egg count. Or do you know how many?
The one thing I found that you can count on about Balls is that they are consistent about their inconsistentcy.
1.2 Coastal Carpet Pythons
Mack The Knife, 2013
Lizzy, 2010
Etta, 2013
1.1 Jungle Carpet Pythons
Esmarelda , 2014
Sundance, 2012
2.0 Common BI Boas, Punch, 2005; Butch, age?
0.1 Normal Ball Python, Elvira, 2001
0.1 Olive (Aussie) Python, Olivia, 2017
Please excuse the spelling in my posts. Auto-Correct is my worst enema.

She has 6 so far but it doesn't look like she's finished yet. I'm going to give her a couple more hours and see where we're at.

Re: She's big as a house! Another Ovy thread
Well I was wrong as she was finished at 6 eggs. The total weight was 655 grams so nice size eggs at that. All candled well so nothing to do now but wait patiently for the next 60+ days.

Re: She's big as a house! Another Ovy thread
Came home just now and found the second girl shown ovulating in this thread, dropping her clutch of eggs. This is my daughter's YB to YB pairing and really how we got back into BPs. Three years of growing this girl up and now hopefully soon she will see at least one or two little white heads poking out in about 60 days. There are four eggs out so far and it looks like she has perhaps two more in her yet to lay. This is our last clutch to go in the incubator for the 2015 season. Hope everyone else is having a good season as well.
