Now Reptile spray EVERYTHING and stay on top of it. Paper towel for all bedding.
Takes a little time but you don't have to worry about any harm from the Reptile Spray.
Don't forget the carpet and drapes in the room too. Clean and spray every corner of the rack too.
So do i spray everything using Reptile Spray?
    What about PAM?

Yes and I have never needed pam except in the kitchen.
I don't see a reason to use anything that could put the health of my reptiles in jeopardy.

Spray every thing, I would also spray a towel and wipe down all animals.
I repeated this every 2 to 3 days for a couple weeks.
I do this with every new animal in QT also just to be safe.

First and foremost, relax and form a plan. Having mites is overwhelming and will destroy you mentally if you let it. But the fix is quite simple. I feel that with Provent-a-Mite, you can easily control the entire situation.

First, I would remove whatever bedding the snakes are on, spray the tubs with PAM and then use paper (newspaper, paper towel, etc) as your new form of bedding under you have everything under control. I would also treat the paper with PAM. Now as you're treating the tubs, also treat the slot in the rack where the tub goes. Once this is finished, I would vacuum the floor around the racks so it's nice and clean and treat the exterior of the racks and surrounding floor space with PAM as well. If done correctly, you are still going to see mites, but they'll be dead. Repeat this process about 30 days later (double check because I could be off on this number) and you will be fine. After a couple of cleanings you won't see any dead mites either and you'll be back to normal.

When I use them I remove the water bowls as the pesticide has a strong affinity for water, I hang up the strip, and I close the door. After 24 hours I open the door, put the strip into an airtight container and store it in the garage, air out the room, and put the water bowls back.

Repeat weekly for eight weeks along with your other mite treatments such as treating the enclosures and paper substrate with permethrin solution, wiping the snakes with Reptile Spray, etc.
