Maybe she's actually hypo rather than just het hypo. What you are describing in terms of her appearance and sheds is typical of hypos/ghosts. Do you know what the pairing was that produced her?

Hypo male to a sugar female so there is no way she is a hypo. Just a het. I don't even know what a hypo sugar would look like.
