    Offered 2 pythons free

The owner of a local feed store offered to give me his 2 pythons for free. I took a look at them but I was unable to identify their species. Unfortunately I did not take any pics either.

What he is calling them is a chocolate python, which is not a ball. It has a longer face structure and the mouth coloration of a carpet carpet with the white lines on the lips. it is also completely brown chocolate in color.

The other was called a green python, which was a completely green python, but solid green, not like a GTP.

Any ideas on what these could be?

Not without pics. The one could still be a GTP, one of mine is pretty solid green.
Where are we going, and why am I in this handbasket?

White lipped python? Not seeing a lot of green snakes to compare with, there's pretty much either the green tree python or the emerald tree boa, and the green tree python is definitely the less patterned of the two. Does the owner not know the species?

    Re: Offered 2 pythons free

No the owner doesn't know, he was given them and he just cares for them. He offered me them one day because I'm always buying aspen and Mazuri from him.
