There is nothing in the bylaws for Toronto, Canada prohibiting taking a ball python outside. Most of the bylaws relate to the care and welfare of the pets, and outdoor activities/control of dogs and cats. And there's a list of prohibited animals.Originally Posted by jaydoncooper2
