    Incubator Help!!!

I need to get an incubator asap, and I've worked with styrofoam incubators before and I REALLY don't want to do that again. The Exo-Terra looks good, but it has such crappy reviews on Amazon. Plus Joshsfrogs and BigAppleHerps are out of stock on them, but about $60 less than Amazon.
The Reptibator has pretty good reviews, same with the Hovabator, but their both styrofoam. I really wanted to just make my own, but there's no way I'm going to have enough time to now. So I have to purchase one. I've heard there's an option of going to Coastal or something like that and getting a $60 one there, but I don't know how good they are for reptile eggs....
Does anyone have any types they absolutely love and have been using for a long time? Or can anyone direct me to a website or place I can get a good one quickly?
    Thanks!

All the commercially made incubators that I have used in the lower price points ultimately failed to produce acceptable results. Hopefully someone on here can help you get a quick fix. You could always start them out in one of the cheaper incubators just to get them going while you find other options.

Exoterra will work if you have 1 small clutch of BP it's you have more than one or a big one you will be out of luck (a 6 quarts tub does not fit in there), I would also not trust the thermostat and use a external one such as herpstat (in other word lots of money for nothing)

Either build your own it only take a few hours to put together if you use a large one (Old fridge, reliable thermostat and heat tape)

If you want to make a small one a cooler ($15 to $50) a reliable t-stat, some heat tape or heat cable is all you need. I recently put one together in 15 min so I could put my hognose clutch in.

Or buy one that you can grow into no need to spend $100 on something you can only use once, you are better off investing in something solid that will last for years to come and fit your growing needs.

The important thing to keep in mind is that the thermostat is the single most important and expensive piece of equipment you need, the rest is fairly cheap and sometimes free.

Generally speaking, the heating element on those cheaper styrofoam incubators is fine but the thermostat is crap. Hook up a more reliable thermostat and you should be able to hatch some clutches without incident.

Hovabator is actually a good incubator. Yes it is styrofoam but it does what it is suppose to. I already had a couple for quail eggs when I got my first python eggs. So in they went. The only problems I had was I had to pull the stoppers out of the top to let heat out because the room they were in really fluctuated in temp. Back when I lived in a house with no ac. Also I had to disconnect the fan because it was drying my eggs out. It will only hold 2 clutches though and like others said if you can get something bigger and nicer. However if that is your only choice then get it. Just make sure to have a heat gun so you can dial it in.
