I got him last week so idk when the last time he shed was. The temp is usually in the mid 70's and humidity in the 50's. I use a thermometer in the middle outside of the tank.

Your thermometer should be in the tank, near the floor (this is where your snake lives).
Measuring the temp outside the tank does you no good at all .
