First one could be a recluse. It has the right body shape and I can almost make out a faint violin shape on the cephalothorax. To be honest, anything that even slightly resembles one gets the boot around here - better safe than bit - and that spider is close enough that I wouldn't leave it in the house. I don't recall ever seeing one with so much pattern on the abdomen but would relocate all the same.

Second one looks like a Neoscona type orb weaver - harmless.
