Can touching certain foods trigger a feeding response before handling?
Had this question for awhile, just looking for some information on the subject :] Also if certain foods trigger the response, which are more likely to?

I read some places that things like bacon, can put the animal into a defensive mood but Chicken before handling puts them into an aggressive mood. Just seemed far-fetched but not so far fetched that i wouldn't question it...
I always wash my hands before and after handling any of my animals. I don't want to smell like anything other than what they're used to before I handle them.
