    These storms are coming from this darned El Niņo if you don't already know. And it's supposed to get worse.
    There was a tornado warning in my area just a few days ago. I, being as phobic as I am of severe weather, rounded up all my pets - including my snakes which I stuffed into a bag - and hid in a closet. While we weren't hit by anything, I ended up cleaning snake pee out of my closet. Oh the joy.

    Several houses in my neighborhood also got struck my lightning.

    Look on the bright side though - frogs are breeding like crazy! They're everywhere and tadpoles are always a joy to find at local ponds and creeks.
