He's fine! Young ball pythons are very efficient at digesting their food. Growing takes a lot of energy and they can eat many meals before building up enough waste to eliminate. They can sometimes go a few weeks without poo.Originally Posted by SadieJ

I've had my BP for 9 days; he's been fed 2x (yesterday was his latest meal) & no signs of any poop/urine at all. I'm hoping maybe he's just using his meals to put on some weight & might not need to go. He looks healthy, but maybe underweight for his age. He hatched 10/28/14 & his weight at shipping time was 140g, which seems a little low for almost 7 mths old.Haven't weighed him yet, but a scale is on th way. What do you think?
They also grow at different rates....some are just slower and more petite than others. A picture and some info on exactly what you're feeding and how often would give us a better idea on whether or not he's at a healthy weight.
