    Help!!!

    I got a high red goins king snake at an expo on may 9th and i was so excited i didnt really look the snake over (rookie mistake). Anyway when i got him home i was looking him over and he has a hard mass above his vent and a spot that looks like scare where its been cut before. Im scared that my snake has cancer or something. somebody help me before its to late!!!!

    If you're concerned, take it to a Veterinarian (?) - check for local vets that are qualified to treat exotics...

    As you can see next to my thumb there is the bump. its actually not that big it just looks big and below that u can see what looks like a scare. and also a raw vent

    I'm wondering if he's constipated and if soaking him in water will help. I think I'll try this after I get home

    All I can see in that picture is a

    six hour round trip to a qualified Vet.

    I feel like if it was life threating the snake would act sick. I read some where that it might be a birth defect or constipation. I'm going to soak him when I get home and let you guys know.
