    UTH Refunds?

My UTH died for my ball python early today, i first noticed when i checked this morning and the turf in her hot hide was cold. I touched my hand to the UTH and it was pretty much room Temp. I'm going to get a new one tomorrow, but does anyone know if Exo Terra does general refunds? The heater is only going on three weeks old and I don't have the original receipt. I have never had a problem like this before so I just didn't think to keep it. Pretty much just want to know if i can save myself a few dollars. Also any suggestions on different brands to use that you have had good experience with?

    Re: UTH Refunds?

Why not just go back where you bought it and get a refund or an exchange?

I'd suggest getting THG heat tape. It's cheap and works well. Don't forget that all UTH devices should be controlled by a thermostat.

You can find heat tape at Reptile Basics.

I agree on the heat tape. It is the only thing I use and it is only a fraction of the price of a heat pad. You will still need to use a thermostat of some sort though.
