Good luck, I live a long-day's drive from their natural habitat and I hardly ever see them for sale. It seems like they are only available for a very short period, not many people sell them, and I don't think I've ever seen an adult for sale (seen a couple adult cribos for sale; similar species but a lot more common in the pet trade).
I'm no expert on indigos, but they seem to be one of the tougher species to get your hands on even here in the US. I imagine they're even tougher to find in Canada.
