    Question good or bad veins??

I plan on breeding in the future, and am trying to learn as much as I can about the process beforehand. I was just wondering, what do bad/weak veins look like VS what do good veins look like? If you could post pics that would be super great!
Also, is it true that all you need to check the veins is a dark room and a flashlight?? Thanks in advance.

Yes dark room and flashlight. If you see veins that means the egg is viable if no veins then not a good egg. That's what I have read anyway. I am sure someone else with more experience could say different. I am learning also as I has my first clutch about 3 weeks ago. 8 eggs all have veins. In the incubator now so I am hopeful for 8 new snakes crawling around soon.

I was just reading in another thread to NOT throw out eggs you cannot see veins in, as they may develop veins within the next week or so of incubating. I've been told to never throw any out unless they're slug.

We've been incubating this boob egg for two weeks now and it's still doing fine.
