    Not looking good...

    I posted last week about my "surprise" (earlier than expected) clutch, with 4 eggs from a Lesser x Mojave pairing... they've been in the incubator since then, but unfortunately it looks like one or two of the eggs are going bad.

    The egg marked #1 was suspicious from the get-go; as you can see in the original thread's photos, it was a bit crinkled and clear when I pulled it from mom's tub. Now it's almost completely clear, starting to mold/smell, and only shows a few veins inside. Should I just toss it now, or wait a little longer? And if you agree it's a hopeless case, should I freeze it before throwing away? Egg #2 also has a few moldy spots and clear shell, but looks better than the other (especially when I candled it). So what should I do with that one, especially considering it's attached to another egg? Thankfully the other two look alright, but my BEL odds are getting smaller & smaller.

    These two look okay for now... they do have small windows, but these haven't gotten any bigger since the first day or two.
