How often can I check on eggs after cutting?

I'd leave them be. Maybe once a day just to gauge their progress on when they will be out of the egg. But there is really no need for more than that. I feel that constantly stressing them out by opening and closing their tubs may stress them out too much and cause they to wait longer before fully emerging.

Any tips on how to know there close too coming? I've noticed since I cut the eggs a few days later there is a lot less liquid and yolk inside?
