Breeding issue ??
Hello everyone, I live in Istanbul, Turkey. First sorry for bad English. So I have a spider male 1000 g and 1300 g classic female. They have mated, I saw they locked but female never produced eggs. So what is the main reason ?? I want to see babies

Because you want to see babies does not mean it will happen.
Not all females being bred take even when copulation has been witnessed, all you can do is look for signs it's not too late I am barely starching to have ovies now and my first eggs are still 20 days away, and if it does not happen this year their is always next year.
Those are living creatures and there is never any guarantee of anything.

Re: Breeding issue ??
Thank you for replying. I can not be patient but I have to be. We don't have much reptile stuff in Turkey. We don't have reptile vets. It is difficult to take care of them. But what we can do ? We love these creatures. There is no where to buy reptiles. We buy them from Europe. I have some other reptiles. I have clutches from bearded dragons, crested geckos and panther chameleons. I'm still wawiting to get clutches from balls. I have a bumblebee male which is 460 gram wight and planning to buy a female for him. So does it matter buying adult or growing young ball pythons ? for breeding ?

Re: Breeding issue ??
How old is she? 1300g is a little small for most people to try and breed.
