Our Lesser girl is due to lay tonight if her previous shed was her prelay. Pretty excited!! I'm thinking her butt looks bigger than normal so fingers crossed. Pairing was QueenbeexLesser.

Nope!! Been checking her today and she's just been chilling in the back. I still think she'll lay within the next couple days. Last night was Day 27 after prelay shed so we have wiggle room (: We didn't witness her ovulation even though I check them atleast once a day (for some reason I always miss the ovys ).I just had a feeling that could have been her prelay due to the fact that she's gotten so big, her spine is sticking out more than usual, and she's refused food for four months now which is extremely unlike her. Our pastel laid two days ago after an eight month fast.. We thought she had absorbed due to her not eating, but she surprised us. She even ate a large ft rat last night just two days after laying, what a miracle. I'll post by the end of the week with the results!


Seven eggs from our pastel. One slug and one of the seven is a boob egg (hopefully it'll make it!).

Got to admit I am jealous. lol I have 0 ball python eggs on the ground. Keep the pics coming so I don't forget what eggs look like.

Well she's doing something, but it's not exactly laying eggs. She's been all twisted around like this in different positions for the last couple days, as well as lying in her perfect coil.

She will probably go tomorrow. This twisted picture is where she is squeezing herself to position the eggs down near her vent to deposit. Now that she is perfectly coiled she is about to go. Congrats and can't wait to see pics of the eggs.

Look what we found this morning. Looks like she just started laying. The eggs look big to us. Bigger than we've ever had (which is just two clutches )
