Uh oh. Any tape inside the enclosure usually leads to bad news. Especially duct tape. If it was to come off due to humidity, and your snake slithered over it, you'd have some troubles there. Pulling it off could pull the skin right off the snake. It happened to someone here.
I don't know exactly how to get it off. But I will say try to get that duct tape out of there. If you need something to keep wires or cords up, what about suction cups?
