Everywhere I have looked I am getting conflicting info from they poo once a week to once every 3 weeks to whenever they want.

That is correct info. They go at varying rates. Some of mine go every 2 to 3 weeks, some go every 6 to 8 weeks (or more). It can vary greatly from snake to snake.

I would just keep feeding. On your next shed at the latest you should get a nice present from your snake.
