    I'm new here.......

I don't have much to say yet but I figure I will start by posting a pic of my Ball Python cage. I got one Pastel for now and I'm thinking about adding an Orange Dream to another cage on top. I'm still very new to all this but things seem to be going pretty decent. The snakes name is Stryker, my boy added a name tag on the front.

Hi Skeltor, welcome to the forum.

Very nice setup you have there.
The one thing I found that you can count on about Balls is that they are consistent about their inconsistentcy.

Please excuse the spelling in my posts. Auto-Correct is my worst enema.

Thanks all, I got it for my seven year old son but I supervise the operation. If all goes well for a while he wants me to add another BP to the collection. I have not experienced a shed yet but I'm sure it will happen soon. This snake eats like a champ so far and I'm glad that he does. My cage easily stays at 50% humidity. It was easier to keep it up when I had the UTH running on the left side. I now only run the RHP on the right and I get temps from left 76,77,78,79 all the way to 90 near his left side hide. It's 88ish inside his hide. He sometimes hangs on top of his hide for a few mins but mostly stays in the warm hide. Anyway..... When it comes time for a shed, should I just mist the heck out of the cage ? It will hold that high humidity for a few days.
