Well without knowing what the ambient temps are in the house it will be kept in as well as will this be on the floor or up on stands or in a concrete unfinished basement or upstairs in a fully furnished room, its kind of hard to really say. With all that said, I personally believe having too much when needed is better than having too little when needed so I would go with a 120 watt or 160 watt for a 6x3x3 cage. The thing is how much of the cage do you want to sitting under heating? The 120 watt is about 3' long where as the 160 watt is about 3.5'. So you will probably be mounting the 120 watt widthwise in the cage where as the 160 watt will be mounted lengthwise. Then there is also the idea of mounting one 120 watt widthwise and see how that works and if it is not enough, order another and mount it right next to the first widthwise as well(which would probably be me way of doing it) since you will have all this controlled by a Herpstat and even a Herpstat 1 will easily run that much power. And it should penetrate 3', just throw down a flat piece of slate of something else that will absorb heat as that can serve as belly heat and double as another object to heat the air.
