laying eggs

I got a female that just started laying her eggs...how long does the process usually take?and how long till you transfer to the incubator?thanks in advance

What type of animal do you have? I think it can vary based on the number of eggs and the health of the animal pre-lay. The decision of when and if to take the eggs to the incubator is subjective . Most opt for artificial incubation. Congrats and good luck.

Shes a 4000 g ball python...how will i knowwhen shes done?any signs to look for?

And im going to artificially incubate...its been up and running last 2 weeks so its ready to go

You can physically inspect the female for bulges at the back end as laying progresses - normally when they "wrap" the eggs they are done.
