    AZ Dwarf/SD breeders?

Haven't gotten a reply on the Retic Nation FB group, so I thought I'd ask here too. Are there any dwarf/SD retic morph breeders in AZ?

On the retic classifieds group on facebook there was someone with SD / D projects shipping out of AZ / offering local pick up. . . .

I'll try and look back and see if I can find them. Though, they may be selling out what they have - so it may be essentially screaming in the wind.

Awh no. I was really hopping there'd be at least one breeder in the whole state. Texas stole everyone.

I managed to pick up a dwarf retic here in AZ, he's a bit of a jerk at the moment. But I'm working on taming him down. The breeder of my male said that he is supposed to be kayuadi so he's a dwarf and not really an sd. I'll be hopefully producing some 50% dwarf tigers this fall and 50% dwarf sunfire het white phase babies next year.

    Re: AZ Dwarf/SD breeders?

Is it a pure kayuadi? Or a cross. Make sure you have good track of what goes into any dwarf and super dwarf projects. When it's going to be a state only project knowing the blood line % as accurately as possible is important.

According the breeder it is a pure, both parents were pure from what the breeder told me. He got them directly from an importer, so unless the breeder is lying to me, which I suppose is possible unfortunately, he is pure.

I would shoot a message to the following Facebook page and ask Christian the owner.

    https://www.facebook.com/pages/Preda...78073812236710

Also search for AZ reptile/Snake facebook groups. You can get invited in pretty easily.

While you are at it Cody,

    How are Matthew Martin's animals?

He's out of Winona MN and probably my only shot at scooping up a super dwarf in the future. I'm not going to have a situation that allows me to work with Vital Exotics before the deadline.

    OP,

Not trying to derail your thread, just figured since people are wondering who, what, where?

    I'd get some info too.

    Hope you don't mind : )

    Re: AZ Dwarf/SD breeders?

Check out the Facebook group "Arizona Large Constrictor Community". It's not a large group, 20-ish people or so, but it would be the group to answer your questions. It's also not a restricted group so you should be able to post directly to the group. It's also a fairly new community so hopefully they will have what you need.
