How big is the porch/florida room? Can you describe whats in it, like chairs, boxes, tables. I would suggest not keeping any smaller animals out side (especially in florida) because the damn raccoons will find a way to have at them. I've lost birds in the past this way. Did you check under the cage? If the clips are on but there is no snake, that sounds odd. I hate to make this assumption, but could someone have stolen your snake?
One thing that I would encourage is to make a few funnel traps and put them lined up with the walls. If the room is small enough then the chances are higher of the trap working. They are simple to build and harmless. If your absolutely sure nothing can get into the room, then you may consider putting a feeder in its cage with the top opened. Maybe going outside at night would turn up results.
The good news if she made it outside the porch is that she will likely do fine as ball pythons have been found in the everglades a few times
