You do not want to use anything adhesive that the snake can gain access to or it may stick to the snake resulting in some potentially very nasty injuries. It could at best, tear off only scales and at worst tear off skin.Originally Posted by MontyAndMelissa
like this. Only one side is sticky (the side that will be stuck to the inside of the lid). It really just creates a seal.
