    Picture?

If it does not look like the current model available in blue and red it is probably the older discontinued model (I still have a few of those), like the current one there were several models.

I believe they old models have been discountinued 4 or 5 years ago.

They are good I still have mine up and running and they have been running for 9 years now.

Now would I buy something that old probably not given how long they have been discountinued, I would save up and get a newer model.

3 power outlets? To my knowledge they only made 1,2 and 4. The older herpstat pro has 4 independently controlled proportional outlets. They are great units, I have 4 of that model. The new HS4 has better safety features so before you buy you should at least know how much that the current models are. I would if the used price was around the 25% less than new price forget the used one and buy new. For me a small savings like this a new one has better features and less wear and tear.

The picture is the first herpstat and I would suggest that is far too much for one. The new equivalent is herpstat basic, new is 115$. The price on the intro is 9$ less than list that too is too much for used IMO. The helix is also 20$ under list. Too much for used IMO. The last used stat I bought was a herpstat pro with three probes (one was lost) for $185CAD (in Canada and no shipping) when the new replacement is $339USD.

For an incubator I would suggest herpstat intro+ for 109$. The safety relay will shut down the power in the event of a massive failure it is like having a fail safe built in. That or a herpstat 1 (not the 1 basic) as it can be used for other things when not doing incubation (like controlling a humidifier or lighting) It is only $139

Like I said those are great I still have mine but I would not buy something that is used and has been discontinued for 4 to 5 years, think about the wear and tear of something that has been running 365 days a year for at least 4 or 5 years maybe a lot more.

I already talked to the seller I told him that I'm looking for a recent herpstat
    And now I ordered a herpstat 1 I already have a herpstat 2and a herpstat 4 and I love them
they are very easy to set up I hope the herpstat 1 is the same!!

thanks for your advice it helped me a lot
