I recently changed my substrate from outdoor carpeting to eco-earth and now my ball is loosing clear scales all over the place is it the dirt? My humidity is always at 55-70% my heat is at 85-95 could someone please give me some feedback about this, thanks.

Hm, maybe they were scales that had been remaining from a previous shed, and the humidity of the eco-earth helped remove them? They would most likely have to be scales from a previous shed, because if they were not, you'd see white skin peeking out where the scales disconnected. Was the last shed, or the last few sheds, complete?

will this melt my ruber made

Just keep an eye out it may be possible you mistook what you saw - the only thing I have ever seen drop single scales is our plated lizard. It's possible as mentioned above he was dropping sections from an incomplete shed. Does the skin have a pretty uniform appearance in terms of sheen or glossiness?

Don't worry about it. I've noticed a few single scales here and there on my bp after a shed, but they always go away on the next shed. And then theres 1 or 2 in a different place, those come off, etc etc etc. Its just one of those things.
