I might be worrying to much here but my cal king is very jumpy when being picked up. I have had to buy a snake hook to get her out of the tank without her striking at me. If i just reach in slowly and try to scoop her up she starts striking like crazy. she is fine when being held but still jumpy if I move past her face too fast. it doesnt look like she still has eye caps stuck on or anything cause when she isnt ready to shed her eyes are nice and clear and black. she is still young, only about 20 inches long. could she be partially blind or something and that is why she acts like this???? what do you think is going on?
