How do u accurately measure a bp any ideas? I am just wondering how long mine is know. But I can't get mine to stay still long enough. I thought about making a tube and seeing if she would go through it.

Haha, I know! It can be really be a challenge!
For me, it worked by laying her in the middle of the room. The bed may work for a smaller snake.
Get a string, or cloth tape measure, and once they are stretched out, even though moving, just mark the spots a few inches parallel to their head and tail.
If you measure too close to their head they may shy away. So if they are moving pretty good, there is some guesstimating involved.

The one thing I found that you can count on about Balls is that they are consistent about their inconsistentcy.

I've never actually measured the length of any snake I've ever owned.
It is okay to use pine bedding for snakes.
It is okay to feed live food to snakes.
