Moving from terrarium to Tub....can I use a UTH Pad instead of Flexwatt?
Due to the cold winter in NY it was suggested that I move BP to a tub instead of hid glass terrarium. Can I just tape the UTH pad I have to the bottom of the tub? Do I need Flexwatt tape if I have a UTH pad? Any instructions?

Have you tired to insulate the glass tank? Things like thick paper, foam, carboard, etc. can be used to insulate the tank and boost the temps.
You are referring to a tub alone and not a rack system?
A tub can present the same issue as a glass tank in a cold room. Some that use tubs have to use heat lamps because the tub is not well insulated.
You may be giving up before you exhausted your options.

Would a 110QT be too big for my three foot male? It's 34" long and it's the same as his glass terrarium now.

Sorry, my phone has been acting up and without wifi the previous post does not show up! I have tried insulating the tank, but he simply burrows underneath all his bedding and acts lifeless or he will climb on his tree and just lay underneath the heat lamp I have. The whole left side of top of his tank is covered in cardboard.

I mean the back and sides of the tank too. I added thick art paper to mine and it boost my temps by a few degrees. If you covered the back and sides with cardboard Im sure you would see a few degrees of heat retained.
You may also need to have one heat lamp on each side. I have a 40 gallon tank and in a room that stayed 68F I had to use a 100w che on the warm side and a 60w bulb on the cool to keep the temps within a good range.
I had to house my big blood in a large tub but because of the cool temps I had to use a heat lamp on it too. I do not believe you are going to fix your issues with a tub and honestly believe you would have an easier time adapting the tank instead of getting the tub right.
I have seen many people get a tub or even a rack system and find the cool temps do not work well with it. They end up having to find ways of keeping it warm too. Wood and thicker pvc cages seem to be the very best at holding heat in cooler rooms. My pvc cages are not very thick so even they were not staying warm enough so I now have a designated snake room warmed with a oil filled heater.
