Is any part of that metal or fiberglass?

If you're going to use that, you should line it with some kind of acrylic sheeting and weld all the edges so the wood is just a way to add structure. Otherwise you're just going to be fighting mold and whatever cheap wood it's made out of rotting.

No. It says metal and fiberglass. You are going to need a waterproofing wood sealant. You could also line the interior with something. PVC, tile, etc.

Why are you still talking about a screen? Do you now believe the information you have be given? You are going to have a horrible time keeping your humidity up.

    Re: New Enclosure question..

I don't know what is available over there but I used to use yaught varnish and make sure it has set completely and all fumes have cleared.

Varnish would be your best bet. It that all real wood or are some of the panels MDF? I can tell from the photos.
Give it a couple days with good ventilation to gas out. If you could put it outside in the sun that will help too.
You honestly only need to seal the bottom and maybe 3 or 4 inches up the sides, those are the only places you will really get water splashes and poo paintings.
