What is the average length of a respiratory infection?

I am just wondering how long I should expect a RI to last. Average I know no one has a magic crystal ball.

I'm new to ball pythons but I would imagine several weeks if it was bad. I know if caught early you can up the temps to make the metabolism fight it off, I would imagine that takes about a week and a half. Also pun intended?

When I got my gtp it had an RI. It took about three weeks of injections to get back to good with him.
