KMG is correct Neosporin with NONE of the pain reliever can help, and betadine can keep it clean if you swab it a couple times a day. Paper towels are a good idea to keep anything weird from bedding getting into that cut while it heals.
Is 88-92 ambient temp or hot spot?
When is vet visit? Sooner is much better
