Not seeing the injury its hard to tell you what to do but it needs to be cleaned and kept clean. You can use a Neosporin product but make sure it does not have any pain relievers in it.

If the cat scratch is on the lower part of the snake near or on the belly you may want to keep the snake on paper towels for now.

A snake refusing food can be one sign of an RI but it is also a common issue in a new snake that may be stressed. What are the signs you are seeing that makes you think it has an RI?

Handling and letting you cat around the snake is not going to help the situation. You need to let the snake relax until you get things under control.
