Hey Monty, I'm in the same boat. I've been using a vinegar solution for cleaning, but I'm thinking about trying out some F10 cleaner. Still not sure which one though.
As bcr229 said, F10SC is a disinfectant only. The surface will need to be cleaned first, then you spray on the F10SC to disinfect it. The F10SC does not need to be rinsed or wiped off.
F10SCXD is a disinfectant plus detergent, so the surface will not need to be cleaned first. F10SCXD will clean AND disinfect. However, the surface does have to be rinsed afterward, to remove the detergent.
