    Scale rot on my runt

So my pinstripe seems to be a runt (only 41 grams) but he's doing great. His belly has this green or brown (color blind here) tint but it's not the entire belly only parts of it. His belly is also really pink(shedding probably). A few scales have this green/brown looking crinkle in them. What is this? I've been checking every day and can't tell I it's progressing.
It's not a burn because my temps have never passed 96 and that was a mistake with the probe for a few minutes.
    The crinkle:

And I realize the quality is trash, I took it with my phone.

Doesn't look like anything too serious... If he's about to shed I'd probably just wait and see if they shed out. If not then you can swab them with diluted betadine on a Q-tip. That's not too stressful for them and won't hurt anything.
