What do you think of this scale?
Looking for a basic easy to use scale for keeping track of the weight of our BP. This one looks relatively cheep, well reviewed, and simple.

Re: What do you think of this scale?
It's got a tare feature, although it looks like that's the same as the power button? Depending on how they set that up it could be inconvenient. Measure just over 5000 grams which at that point is a big freaking snake, lol. I think this is the same model (or very similar) to the ones they sell at Walmart for $15. If the shipping doesn't put the total cost over that, then yeah, I'd say grab it.

Yeah, the tare is what I noticed as well.
That what way you can place a large plate or bowl on the scale first, to subtract it's weight, i.e., zero out with a program button.
Then place your snake in the bowl and weigh.
(for those that aren't familiar with tare wt.)

This is what I use and it works fine. http://www.walmart.com/ip/Mainstays-...Scale/35854314. $15 at Walmart.

I use something very similar the only difference is the color. I find that it works well I usually flip a big hide upside down press the tare button and throw the snake in. I don't need anything fancy this one works for me

Scale works just fine. Snickers, with a month off feed, is a healthy 2048 grams.
