    Females stop eating

So my pastel girl that I've been breeding has gone off food. Now I've heard this is a good sign but I can't find any more info on it. Is females going off food a good sign I may have eggs on the way?

Also here's the most recent pic of her

Not really! However it is a good sighn that she is into breeding mode and posserbily developing follicles. I would throw in a male with her. This can help to get her moving withthe development of follicles. You may also see a change in behaivour such as bowl wrapping and her seeking the cool side. Why not try palpate ur girl and see where your at. If you dnt know how to do this then plenty of vids on you tube to show you. Hope this helps

    No it is not.

I have seen females stop eating soon as they are being paired and never take

I have seen females eating even after ovi

Your sign that eggs are on the way is an OVULATION , the glow is also a very good indicator.

There is so much more to it, than asking a vague question like that.

It does, I haven't seen her bowl wrapping just yet. But she has been glued to the cool side of her bin for a while now. I've been pairing my normal boy with her I'll just continue to do do. As far as palpating goes I'll have to try and get her to co-operate. She's been super grumpy lately which isn't normal for her.

I know ovulation is the ultimate sign, I guess I worded my question wrong. I was more looking to see if any of you have noticed a coralation between females going off food and possible egg development. I'm still waiting for her pre ovy shed, so until then I suppose I'll keep pairing her

Sorry about that, I also think I worded the question wrong. I said in another reply since I can't make multiple quotes in one post on my phone but I was more looking for a coralation (sp?) Between the two.
